  • Locker Service Usage: Pay N Locker provides a smart device management and Locker software service for mobile security.
  • Installment Compliance: The user agrees to pay all Monthly Installments (Subscription Fees) on time to keep the device active. Failure to do so will result in temporary device locking through our automated Locker system.
  • Automatic Unlocking: Once the installment payment is successfully processed through our integrated payment gateway, the Locker will be disabled and the device will be unlocked automatically.
  • User Responsibility: The user must not attempt to bypass, uninstall, or tamper with the Pay N Locker software. Any such attempt may lead to permanent device locking.
  • Payments: All payments must be made through our official website or app using the provided secure payment gateway. We are not responsible for cash transactions made outside our platform.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nadia, West Bengal.

Since all our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery & Activation:

  • Once the payment is successfully completed, your phone unlock or software subscription will be activated instantly.
  • You will receive immediate confirmation of your transaction.

Shipping Charges:

There are no shipping charges as all our services are delivered digitally through our application.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pay N Locker, we strive to ensure a smooth payment experience for our users. Our policy regarding refunds and cancellations is as follows:

  • Refunds: If a customer is charged twice for the same Subscription/Service due to a technical error or network issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund for duplicate transactions, please email us at dishareaif@gmail.com with your Transaction ID and Device ID. Once verified, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source (Bank/Card/UPI) within 7-10 working days.
  • Cancellations: Since our service provides Instant Digital Software Activation for device management, once a payment is successfully made and the service is activated, the payment cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • Service Disputes: In case of a successful payment where the device/software service remains inactive, our technical team will resolve the issue within 24-48 hours of reporting.
